Simple, Free & Hassle-Free Returns
To start a return, contact PrimeNest Markets Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, product name, reason for return, and photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective.
Whenever reasonably possible, please return the product with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, adapters, remote controls, and any other items included with the product.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
For approved returns, PrimeNest Markets will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or another free return method.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
You may also request an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
